Mike was excellent when inspecting our house, being both thorough and also explaining it in a way a layperson could understand. He not only provided a detailed report, but also gave us easy, approachable fixes for many smaller issues, highlighting those that would need professionals, and helping prioritize those that were safety and structural concerns versus cosmetic issues. He was also available afterward for follow-on questions from our lender and ensured everybody was on the same page. I’m hoping I don’t have to move again any time soon, but if I do, Mike and I-95 Home Inspectors will be my first call.

I was skeptical about the process as I saw what another company did during my houses inspection but not josh geared up with his tool bag and on he went.
