Professional Inspection Services

You will get a high-quality home inspection backed by experience and care.

At I-95 Home Inspections, we pride ourselves on providing our clients with a calm and measured approach to home inspecting.  Our inspectors are professionally trained and licensed.  We utilize state-of-the-art tools and reporting software to ensure you have a full understanding of your home and all of its components.

Residential
Inspections

A quality I-95 home inspection could save you thousands of dollars when buying or selling a home.

Pre-Drywall
Inspections

Drywall can cover up structural, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and firestop issues.  A pre-drywall inspection can detect these issues and alert the builder before project completion.

11th-MONTH WARRANTY
INSPECTIONS

Get the most from your 12-month warranty. All components should be rechecked at the 11th month to confirm everything is still working properly. This includes issues related to settlement, moisture intrusion, and grading.

WALK-AND-TALK
Inspections

A walk-and-talk inspection is a quick verbal overview of a property. When a full inspection is not appropriate, a walk-and-talk can be used as a quick way to identify red flags before writing an offer.

Mold
Inspections

There are over 400,000 types of mold, and while there are only a few dozen that are toxic, exposure to many molds can lead to health problems. It can also cause structural damage to your house.

Radon
Testing

Radon is the 2nd leading cause of lung cancer in the US. Make sure you and your family are protected by getting your property tested.

Sewer Scope
Inspections

A sewer scope inspection can help you make an informed decision about the purchase of your new home, avoid costly repairs, and ensure a safe and functional sewer system.

What to Expect From Your I-95 Home Inspection

After scheduling your I-95 Home Inspection online or by phone, you will receive an email confirming the address, date, and time of your inspection.  At this time, you will be able to sign the agreement and pay online or you can sign and pay with your inspector on site.

During your inspection, our certified home inspectors will walk through your home with you teaching you as much as you want to learn about your new home.  We adhere strictly to the Standards of Practice for home inspectors established by InterNACHI, the nation’s leading home inspection association.

At the conclusion of your inspection, we will discuss the general condition of the home and systems with you and your agent. We will talk through any major issues that need to be addressed in the near term, as well as items that you will want to keep an eye on for deferred maintenance. All of this will be detailed in your report, which will be delivered to you via email at the conclusion of your inspection.
