Ryan Spencer did great - he walked us through the inspection and helped us avoid a huge money pit of a house that had not only rot, infestations, and plumbing issues, but some potentially severe structural problems. Highly recommend, and will be using for the next home inspection.

Excellent! I had the pleasure of having DJ (Daniel) conduct my inspection. This was my first time working with this company, and the experience truly sets them apart from other inspection companies. I was able to get a next-day appointment. DJ arrived early, he was extremely thorough and super professional. He left no stone unturned and I know the information he provided was accurate and trustworthy. He took great (very clear) pics, and I received a detailed inspection report before I even had the chance to drive off. DJ was patient with all of my questions, even when I kept rambling on before he even had a chance to answer the previous question. I have never had this level of expertise with another inspection company, and this will be my 4th home.
