Ryan and Matt spent over 90 minutes giving us a thorough "Walk and Talk" inspection for an intricate 1950s built home. They were both experts at analyzing every situation and gave us the peace of mind we needed to move forward. Would highly recommend utilizing their services before considering such a significant purchase!

DJ, Did a great job inspecting our future home. He was thorough and helpful (explained what he was seeing and why). He also braved the elements. Often when there's bad weather people tend to take it easy. There was probably 10-12" of snow on the ground and he continued to inspect our yard, roof, and undercarriage. If and when, we buy another house I will request DJ. Solid guy.
