We are having a second home in VA built and it was great to have the pre-dry inspection done to ensure everything is going as it should.

We were living overseas when Charles of I-95 Home Inspections did the home inspection. We FaceTime'd with our realtor and a family member, asking questions along the way. Charles was amazing, taking the time to answer any questions we had while we were shown the house (second time seeing the home). At the end of the inspection, Charles provided us the finalized report. Charles walked us through the finalized report with every phone detailing the issues or areas of concern. This walk through at the end helped us determine what we wanted to request from the sellers and what we thought was a simple fix we would take care of once we moved in.

There’s nothing but good things I could ever say about John Graff... He performed the home inspection on my and my husband’s very first home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. John was incredibly thorough and took his time with walking us through the home and its exterior, clearly explaining every detail of the inspection. He went above and beyond for us, which is just how he rolls! He gave us a clear roadmap with anything we’d consider repairing, which really helped ease our nerves. Thank you so much again, John!

In his thorough pre-inspection of an property I was considering, the personable and cheery Matt of I-95 found multiple issues I would have missed and, happily, gave me a chance to reconsider my options. Matt reassured me about minor issues that might have loomed overlarge in my mind, but pointed out small-appearing items I would have overlooked that required attention. And he caught two issues very significant to me: The large second-story deck was considered by the sellers to be an asset, but Matt discovered that all of its piers were rotting at bottom and needed to be replaced -- or even that the deck be entirely rebuilt due to additional issues. He also found an unexplained buildup of water inside a ceiling which would not be resolved before sale. This was a no-go, for me, and I was grateful to Matt for discovering something major but hidden that I would never have caught on my own. Thanks, Matt, and I-95 Home Inspections!!

Charles Brittain performed the inspection on the home we were about to purchase in late January. He was most courteous and very thorough. The report he sent to us was clear and detailed with excellent photographs as needed. We were very pleased with his inspection and report! Charles was everything you want in a home inspector: detail oriented, methodical, and well-versed on all things related to home inspections. He identified several key things that had not been disclosed and provided a very quick turnaround on the report- literally had it in the same hour after completing the inspection. His ability to answer all of my questions enabled me to feel confident about my home-buying decision.

Ryan conducted our home inspection on a property I had concerns about prior to purchase and he was extremely thorough. From the first phone call he listened to my concerns and allowed me to ask questions and assured me that he was there to ensure I would have the most detailed inspection and understand the property and all aspects before I made the final decision of purchase. He allowed us to walk and talk and offered time to ask questions and was very informative during the process. He walked the entire perimeter of the property explaining in great detail and offered suggestions along the way.inside the home from floor to ceiling was inspected. He used moisture meters and thernal camera to detect moister and water. Inspection report with photos and recommendations was provided immediately following inspection.

Ray Montminy's casually-named "walk and talk" inspection was anything but casual in its thoroughness. I now know more about the house I (still) want to purchase than I might have otherwise discovered after a year of living there: What needs addressing immediately, what later, and why, what the costs might come to, who some recommended resources are who can help. Imo, Ray's inspection gave more bang for the buck than those I've had on my previous properties--I've moved often--all delivered with clear explanations and no talking down when I asked questions. An excellent service at a very reasonable price for the value given. Highly recommend.
