John was exactly what we were looking for in a home inspector - he was very knowledgeable and attentive throughout the inspection. We were confident that he provided a comprehensive review of the property and he walked through everything at the end so we understood what was found and what might be required to repair or replace items he flagged. The home inspection report was quickly made available to us and reflected the thorough inspection he provided.

We’ve worked with him for three home inspections, and each time he was professional, thorough, honest, and friendly.During our most recent inspection, we had scheduled a home inspection, radon test, and sewer scope. Once he found a serious foundation crack and signs of structural movement, he stopped and canceled the radon and sewer scope so we wouldn’t waste extra money.
