My experience with Ryan was incredible from the beginning. I called in for a same day home inspection of a home I’m looking to buy. My previous inspector fell through and Ryan had me send the address and he was checking where his guys were. He got back to me within minutes letting me know he’d be there in 30 minutes. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and very detailed. He explained things to my husband and I and made us feel at ease. 10/10 I will use him again and I will gladly recommend him to everyone. Thank you Ryan you were amazing!

Ray came out for a home inspection with limited notice. He arrived EARLIER than the appointment time and was proactive in the inspection. He then took the time and effort to explain everything as we walked through the house. We'd HIGHLY recommend Ray and I-95 for home inspections.

Pointed out issues as he went along, also took copious notes and photos of everything that he found.
