Dan did an outstanding job! He arrived early to get a head start examining the exterior foundation before our scheduled time, and then thoroughly walked us through every finding, taking care to explain what each one actually meant. At one point during the inspection, a piece of his equipment unexpectedly stopped working, but he improvised a workaround using the tools he had on hand rather than letting it slow him down. His attention to detail and commitment to doing a thorough job really stood out. We would highly recommend him to friends and family without hesitation.

Purchasing a home across the country is rough, but Josh made it a little better. We were able to schedule a home inspection through Josh within 24 hours of going under contract. Josh was very thorough in his inspection, providing information both for risks with the home that were important in informing negotiation and for awareness to extend the longevity of the home. Could not have asked for a more educational and useful home inspection.

Stephen was professional, communicative and thorough. He took his time going through my top floor condo, checking the roof, attic and anything else you could think of.
