Stephen Tarpley helped execute our walk and talk inspection. We had a great experience with Stephen. He is incredibly knowledgeable and performed a thorough inspection that pointed out items that would flag as both fire hazardous and unable to pass VA loan regulations. He explained everything in a way that was actually easy to understand. Highly recommend!

John did an amazing job on our home inspection. The report provided was detailed and clearly outlined any areas of concern (or areas we thought were a concern, but weren't). John was very knowledge and thorough and answered all of our questions throughout the process. When we thought we saw water damage, the infrared tool added extra peace of mind confirming it was an old issue that had been repaired properly and was no longer a concern.

Josh Schwenk was amazing from start to finish on our recent home inspection. It's absolutely a stressful process when considering to buy a home but he assured us he was there for us and made himself available multiple times during and after the inspection for questions we had. He provided clear explanations and great recommendations during the process.

Josh was friendly and knowledgeable about what he was doing. Due to unforeseen circumstances he couldn't complete the inspection the first time and had to come back out. He was early both times. He explained in detail issues with the house that could wait and things I should do right away.

Jdid a Walk and Talk for us as we considered the purchase of a condo.
