We had the pleasure of working with John for our very first home inspection, and he made the experience both informative and enjoyable. As first-time homebuyers, we were eager to learn about our new place, and John took the time to walk us through everything, answering all of our questions with patience and clarity. He’s not only incredibly knowledgeable and detail-oriented, but also has a fantastic personality and sense of humor that made the inspection process fly by. We received our inspection report just minutes after he finished—talk about efficiency! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend John to anyone in need of a home inspection.
