Outstanding Home Inspection Service
I had an excellent experience with our home inspector. He delivered truly outstanding service from start to finish. He was extremely thorough and checked every detail of the property with great care. He even brought his own ladder to climb up to the roof and into the attic, making sure nothing was overlooked.

His deep experience with homes, equipment, foundation issues, and grading concerns was very clear. He explained everything clearly and gave us a lot of helpful advice throughout the inspection.

I am very satisfied with his work and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and professional home inspector.

Daniel of I-95 Home Inspections--a very personable guy--performed a most thorough and detailed inspection of every aspect of the home I had offered on. Watching the degree to which he checked everything about my prospective house made me realize just how much prior inspectors and companies have fallen short of I-95's thoroughness. In this case the house, which overall appeared to be in quite good shape, was found to have a couple of potentially significant structural issues that might have been missed by someone less thorough than Daniel. Based on this experience, I give I-95 Home Inspections a high recommendation.

Amazing company, the I-95 Team always have the customers best interest in mind. We’ve had I-95 out to our place twice once for a “walk-in-talk” and then for our full house inspection prior to our one year mark in our new home. Both times Ryan and Josh took the time to inspect every inch of our home. We were thoroughly impressed and satisfied. What we like most…we haven’t been overwhelmed with “hurry up and rate us” texts or emails. They’re just a down to earth American company with solid customer service values. Mr Ray Montminy was thorough and gives honest advise after home inspection. We almost ended up buying a house which was a money pit and avoided because of Mr. Ray. Would highly recommend him for any inspection . Sivaram yamajala

Ray and Matt at I-95 did an excellent job of inspecting two other properties for me. This time, I was most interested in knowing whether the property would pass muster for an FHA loan. Not only did I learn from I-95's Daniel ("DQ") that it most likely would not, but I also gained enough information that I concluded the home would probably be an unwise purchase at the price I had offered.

Besides noting some issues in the kitchen, where we began the inspection, Daniel ("DQ") of I-95 concentrated on the area of most concern, the extensive back yard deck, and saved me from making an expensive error. He very quickly identified major areas of concern that were heavily termite-damaged, saying that the entire deck would have to be demolished at great expense. DQ also noted that huge heavy-limbed old-growth trees overhung both deck and house--one great branch had already fallen crashing onto the deck. DQ recommended that all the heavy branches be cut back, and noted that due to their extreme size and weight and difficulty of access (narrow street, drive, and houses close together), another very high expense would be involved.

Because these revelations meant I would not be proceeding with the purchase, we terminated the inspection at this point.

Once again, I'm grateful to I-95 and its inspectors. Let me add that they have done a far better job than any of the home inspectors I've had previously in multiple cities and states.
