I can’t recommend I-95 Home Inspections enough. They’ve inspected two homes for me, and they truly go above and beyond even after the inspection is over. Today, the AC in my new home started giving me issues, and the owner immediately connected me with an HVAC tech who showed up within an hour. He was incredibly helpful and responsive and even offered extra support if I needed it. That kind of service is almost unheard of these days.

Had a couple of pre-inspections done through I-95 and both inspectors were so pleasant to work with. Felt like I was being led around the homes by an educator that was happy to answer all my questions.

The first was a walk and talk and we covered a lot of ground in an hour. The second was a full inspection which obviously covered even more. The report we got back was easy to read and it's nice that it's in the cloud too.

Buying a house is stressful enough — the last thing you want is to wonder if your inspector actually knows what they're doing. Charles completely put us at ease. He showed up on time, introduced himself, and got straight to work. We followed him around for most of it and he was happy to answer every question we threw at him, no matter how basic.The report came back fast and easy to read, which I didn't expect. Ryan did a great job and was very thorough. He worked quickly but was not rushed and took the time to explain everything to me and my wife. The biggest help was him being able to prioritize issues and summarize his overall take at the end of the home inspection. They also came out on short notice despite a packed schedule. I would highly recommend him and I-95 Home Inspections to anyone.

We was pleased with how John thoroughly went throughout the house. He took his time inspected from the roof, indoors, and outdoors. He provided detail of the photos and description for everything he found. He walk us through everything and answering all of our questions.

Stephen Tarpley helped execute our walk and talk inspection. We had a great experience with Stephen. He is incredibly knowledgeable and performed a thorough inspection that pointed out items that would flag as both fire hazardous and unable to pass VA loan regulations. He explained everything in a way that was actually easy to understand. Highly recommend!

John did an amazing job on our home inspection. The report provided was detailed and clearly outlined any areas of concern (or areas we thought were a concern, but weren't). John was very knowledge and thorough and answered all of our questions throughout the process. When we thought we saw water damage, the infrared tool added extra peace of mind confirming it was an old issue that had been repaired properly and was no longer a concern.
