While I didn’t get to personally meet Charles, his home inspection report was enough to know this guy is the real deal. Charles thank you for taking the time to do my inspection and be as thorough as you were.

Josh was an absolute professional in every aspect of his work. He was thorough, methodical, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the process. He even made himself available for any follow-up questions I might have later. Beyond his excellent work, he went above and beyond by taking a moment to demo one of his tools for my son, who was with me—it completely made his day! This is truly some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Josh and will absolutely use his services again.

I watched as he went about doing the inspection and was very impressed with everything he looked at and all the different things he ended up finding and luckily very minor things a handyman can take care of.

Charles was awesome. He was a very good inspector, he was personal, and polite. He gave great recommendations on fixes and things to address first!

Very detailed inspection!

We had an excellent experience working with Josh on our home inspection. He was very professional and thorough in his inspection. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. We received the detailed report the same day. We feel more confident moving into our new house based on the inspection Josh performed for us.

Josh Schwenk always goes above and beyond and will be my go to home inspector. Highly recommend!

I used I-95 Home Inspections for a townhouse inspection and had a very good experience. Michael was thorough, organized, and easy to follow throughout the inspection. He took the time to explain what he was seeing as he went, documented issues clearly, and gave me a much better understanding of the condition of the house. The report was also excellent. It was detailed, well organized, included plenty of photos, clearly separated recommendations from safety concerns, and explained why each issue mattered instead of just listing defects. The roof inspection in particular was much more detailed than I’ve seen elsewhere, with multiple photos and specific observations.I’d absolutely use I-95 Home Inspections again and would recommend Michael to anyone buying a home.

The inspector was very thorough he checked everything including going on the roof.He explained little things as little things but did not skip checking

Charles with I-95 Home Inspections came highly recommended and did not disappoint. He arrived early at the property, was so friendly and personable, and did a thorough job. He also did not beat around the bush with any findings and issues, everything was presented to us very straightforward. The inspection report was available the next day and was very clear. Josh is an excellent inspector. He explains everything in detail in a stress free manner and is happy to answers questions and not rush. He went above and beyond to followup when I had questions after the inspection. My contract fell through and I found another home and was lucky enough to have Josh inspect it. He does an excellent job every time! The scheduling process was easy and the staff respond to questions quickly. Excellent experience all around!

Daniel has exceptional attention to detail and was great to work with on our home inspection. I would definitely recommend I-95 and use them again on my own home.

Dan did an outstanding job! He arrived early to get a head start examining the exterior foundation before our scheduled time, and then thoroughly walked us through every finding, taking care to explain what each one actually meant. At one point during the inspection, a piece of his equipment unexpectedly stopped working, but he improvised a workaround using the tools he had on hand rather than letting it slow him down. His attention to detail and commitment to doing a thorough job really stood out. We would highly recommend him to friends and family without hesitation.

Purchasing a home across the country is rough, but Josh made it a little better. We were able to schedule a home inspection through Josh within 24 hours of going under contract. Josh was very thorough in his inspection, providing information both for risks with the home that were important in informing negotiation and for awareness to extend the longevity of the home. Could not have asked for a more educational and useful home inspection.

Had a great experience with Daniel Quarles! This was our first time buying a home and he really put us at ease, guiding us through everything he was checking and explaining all the little nuances of home care! I felt good having him on our side!

Stephen was professional, communicative and thorough. He took his time going through my top floor condo, checking the roof, attic and anything else you could think of. I was able to ask questions along the way, and his explanation of the summary was broken down to layman's terms. I would highly recommend.

We had an outstanding experience with Stephen Tarpley at I-95 Home Inspections. Stephen had previously helped us with walk-and-talk inspections on other homes during our search, and when it came time for our full home inspection, we knew we wanted him with us again.Stephen is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, personable, and easy to work with. He went through the house with us room by room, took the time to explain what he was seeing, and made sure every question we had was answered along the way. We never felt rushed, and he made what could have been a stressful part of the home-buying process feel comfortable and informative. The final inspection report was exceptional and went well beyond what we expected. It was incredibly detailed, well organized, and included photographs and clear explanations and recommendations that will be useful to us well beyond closing. We couldn't have been happier with our experience with Stephen and would absolutely recommend him to anyone buying a home. If we ever need a home inspector again, Stephen will be our first call.
