Position: Home Inspector, I-95 Home Inspections, LLC
Job Description:
I-95 Home Inspections is a well-established home inspection company serving Virginia, DC, and Maryland. We are seeking highly motivated licensed individuals to add to our established home inspection team. Candidates are required to be a fully licensed home inspector and must have reliable transportation including valid driver’s license, vehicle, and insurance.
I-95 Home Inspections offers one of the most competitive compensation plans in the area. Our team members are paid a percentage of each inspection. We provide all necessary training and inspection equipment, including software, infrared camera, and other supplies needed to become a successful home inspector with I-95 Home Inspections.
Location:
I-95 Home Inspections is based out of Virginia, with inspectors in Northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland.
Job Requirements
- Possess a valid home inspector’s license in Virginia and/or Maryland.
- Possess reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
- Use our inspection report software to generate home inspection reports.
- Be a dependable, detail-oriented individual.
- Communicate with clients/customers to explain concepts and reports.
- Pass all employment screenings to include background and driving checks.
- Interact professionally with real estate agents and customers.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent degree.

Compensation:
I-95 Home Inspection team members are paid 45% – 50% (full-time employees) of each inspection conducted and are W2 employees. Currently, the average home inspection is $500.
