I-95 was the right choice for my home inspection! Daniel was professional, personable, responsive and— most importantly, gave a thorough, thoughtful inspection. I-95 was flexible and understanding when a scheduling conflict arose on my end. They made sure to explain what I could do to get the most out of the inspection, and they broke down every step of the process as they looked over my home. I gained immense peace of mind from knowing I-95 delivered a careful, exhaustive inspection.

Charles was very thorough when he recently did our home inspection. He carefully explained everything to us as he was doing the inspection and then went over his detailed report with us. He also suggested ways that the few items that needed attention could be repaired. He was very professional and kind and even taught our son about infrared while he did the inspection!

John was amazing. He walked us through the house and went into detail about what he was looking for. He shared what he thought could be improved and things to consider in the future which left us feeling very informed and better educated. Highly recommend.

Hands down, Daniel Quarles was professional, friendly, and ready to answer all and any questions with a smile. He pointed out areas and maintenance to look out for, and gave us pointers on how to turn off water, etc.

We were living overseas when Charles of I-95 Home Inspections did the home inspection. We FaceTime'd with our realtor and a family member, asking questions along the way. Charles was amazing, taking the time to answer any questions we had while we were shown the house (second time seeing the home). At the end of the inspection, Charles provided us the finalized report. Charles walked us through the finalized report with every phone detailing the issues or areas of concern. This walk through at the end helped us determine what we wanted to request from the sellers and what we thought was a simple fix we would take care of once we moved in.

There’s nothing but good things I could ever say about John Graff... He performed the home inspection on my and my husband’s very first home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. John was incredibly thorough and took his time with walking us through the home and its exterior, clearly explaining every detail of the inspection. Charles Brittain performed the inspection on the home we were about to purchase in late January. He was most courteous and very thorough. Charles was everything you want in a home inspector: detail oriented, methodical, and well-versed on all things related to home inspections. He identified several key things that had not been disclosed and provided a very quick turnaround on the report- literally had it in the same hour after completing the inspection. His ability to answer all of my questions enabled me to feel confident about my home-buying decision.

Ryan conducted our home inspection on a property I had concerns about prior to purchase and he was extremely thorough. From the first phone call he listened to my concerns and allowed me to ask questions and assured me that he was there to ensure I would have the most detailed inspection and understand the property and all aspects before I made the final decision of purchase. He allowed us to walk and talk and offered time to ask questions and was very informative during the process. He walked the entire perimeter of the property explaining in great detail and offered suggestions along the way.inside the home from floor to ceiling was inspected. He used moisture meters and thernal camera to detect moister and water. Inspection report with photos and recommendations was provided immediately following inspection.

Ray Montminy's casually-named "walk and talk" inspection was anything but casual in its thoroughness. I now know more about the house I (still) want to purchase than I might have otherwise discovered after a year of living there: What needs addressing immediately, what later, and why, what the costs might come to, who some recommended resources are who can help. Imo, Ray's inspection gave more bang for the buck than those I've had on my previous properties--I've moved often--all delivered with clear explanations and no talking down when I asked questions. An excellent service at a very reasonable price for the value given. Highly recommend.
